Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Books, and Swag items.

·         Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days (M-F)

·         We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.

·         All packages are shipped via USPS. 

Once your purchase has been shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.). If you do not receive this, please email dorrypress@yahoo.com with your full name and order number and a tracking number will be sent to you.

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or no such number) You have the option of receiving a refund for the purchase price of only the product or, if you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package.

If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email dorrypress@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

Audiobooks.

Audiobooks are delivered instantly from Book Funnel.

The Audiobooks are sent to the email address you provide to Shopify along with instructions on how to download and enjoy your purchase. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam folder.

PLEASE NOTE: If no email address is provided the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

 

Additional Products.

Items that are shipped from a Third-Party Supplier (T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs etc.) are quickly processed and you will receive a confirmation email when the order is received and tracking number when they are shipped.
